All figures are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery
Original packaging will be preserved whenever possible
Fragile items will be marked accordingly

Costumes are folded and packaged to minimize wrinkles
We recommend steaming or ironing upon arrival
Accessories are packaged separately when applicable
